Tim is an Economics & Business graduate who entered the recruitment industry in 1999. For the past 25+ years, he has specialised in the Technical Engineering markets in both the UK & Australia. Based on the Gold Coast since 2007 and working within the S.E Qld rail market for the past 16yrs he is well networked and highly regarded as an industry specialist by his peers and clients.
Throughout his career, Tim has worked for large international consultancies as well as small boutiques in both the UK and Australia where he’s held senior management positions. His extensive network of global contacts sets him apart from his competition and has placed him at the forefront of the rail, renewable energy and civil markets, enabling him to deliver targeted and innovative recruitment solutions throughout Asia-Pacific.
He values and nurtures lasting relationships with both clients and candidates as demonstrated over 25+ years in global recruitment. In addition to partnering with clients to deliver tailored recruitment assignments, Tim is often used as a sounding board for industry advice, keeping his clients and candidates informed regarding changing market trends, project updates, salary surveys and career guidance.
Married for over 18 years he has 2 children and is involved in their numerous sporting pursuits and loves the outdoors whilst actively keeping fit and healthy himself!

Steve is a recruitment specialist, who brings a unique blend of experience and expertise to the Rail, Infrastructure, and Engineering markets in Australia and New Zealand.
Starting his career as a professional footballer, Steve is accustomed to perseverance and patience and successfully brought this work ethic to the Rail & Engineering Recruitment industry in 2015. He has since established himself as an industry specialist with a well-developed network. Based in Sydney, he is known for his relationship-driven approach and has successfully recruited for Australia’s major Rail Projects.
With a focus on technical roles across all Engineering sectors, he possesses in-depth knowledge of the specific requirements and challenges within these industries. This expertise allows him to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
